VIEW OUR FEEFO PAGEIt reads on the website, that the delivery for purchases under 20 pounds do not require extra tax on the recipient's side. However I was charged an extra 8 Euro by the French post in order to receive my order. This additional cost is in no relation to the value of the product.
Beware of the address finder when you order. If your address isn’t found and you have to free type it, the computer will change your post code back to another post code and Royal Mail will ignore your free type and send it to that post code. And don’t expect any help from Sockshop because their customer service is non existent. I have several emails from Customer Service all saying I am at fault. I have even put a dummy order into their ordering page and it still changed my post code. Both Royal Mail and Sockshop insist they delivered to the correct address but it wasn’t my address and I still have no socks and have lost £27. I live in Wales but they delivered to Yeovil, Somerset
I wish I can review the sock, but I still not received my delivery, Royal Mail says in their depo 7 days ago, nothing they can do! This is the first time ordered from sockshop online, 100% disappointed.
I haven't got my package yet and I am still awaiting any acknowledgement from SockShop

Fast delivery but disappointed with my socks as I ordered one pair of navy blue and one black pair to receive a navy blue pair and bright pink pair.
I ordered women’s socks and received mens
ordered invisible socks, when they arrived they were labelled high cut - needed them for loafers foe a wedding and not enough time to return them so I am stuck with them. Not invisible at all! More fool me, I ordered two pairs.

Web-site would not accept payment by bank card, despite there being no problem with my actual bank card. Had to complete purchase via PayPal.
Bought 6 pairs of the Lazy Panda boxer shorts, only worn 3 pairs so far, felt really comfortable to wear but 2 of f the 3 pairs have already got holes in and need to be binned after first time of wearing them, very poor quality
