Service was good, delivery quick and prices good hence not a single star. Unfortunately one size fits all does not work. They say size 7 - 11 so being a 9 that should be perfect. Unfortunately not, I'd suggest the socks supplied are for 5-7, definitely not anything more.

Happy with the socks which I've had before but not with delivery. Why pay for express delivery when order took 5 days to get here anyway.

I had to pay customs charges on the package I ordered. When queried with yourselves, you basically 'blamed Brexit'. While I understand that Brexit has posed logistical challenges to UK business exporting goods to the EU, many of them have taken the time to adjust their practices and include customs charges within their pricing. It's not good enough to just point your customers to the fine print on your website and then wash your hands of the issue whenever this arises. You can do much better than that - many other UK business have managed to adapt, so why not you guys? I've learned my lesson now and will go to another retailer next time.

This is a 2 part review:- Firstly I cannot fault the quality of my order, I cannot fault the process of ordering, the time it took to deliver the socks and above all the price. Secondly, the thing I do fault and this could affect everyone who is ordering these as gifts for someone in the same household as yourself. PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING!!!!!!!!!! IT IS EMBLAZONED WITH SOCKSHOP LETTERING, THIS IS NOT GREAT AS ID ORDERED THESE TO PUT IN CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS AS FILLERS AND AS I WAS AT WORK INSTEAD IF PLAIN PACKAGING I GOT 20 QUESTIONS AS TO WHAT SORT OF SOCKS THEY WERE GETTING THIS YEAR. PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING.

By sending out perfect garments - not faulty and by sending out a free gift. I had to email twice to get this put right. Also a telephone contact would be very helpful and desirable. I am still awaiting replacement trousers and My free gift of socks.
